About Ana

My Name is Anastasia Lovelis, and I am a Sound and Energy therapist, mystic, alchemist, and Rose Lineage Priestess. My practice is rooted in working with the body’s subtle energies, including the chakras, the aura, the meridians, and other energetic systems.

I work with clients who seek guidance with self-healing techniques, sharing these techniques so that you may feel the power of self healing. My goal is to give you the tools you need to rebalance your vital life energies and achieve your most vibrant and joyful life.

My practice reaches back to ancient modalities and techniques of traditional Chinese medicine, touch for health, mysticism, and personal mythology. I have been studying meditation, mindfulness, metaphysics, and alternative healing modalities since I was 14-years-old.

I am also an EEM-CLP clinical practitioner of The EdenMethod, along with the Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), hypnosis, sound balancing, and toning. I love working with clients to expand awareness and consciousness, and achieve balance and peace.

My childhood background of performing and working in the entertainment industry was pivotal in the eventual decline of my health and the discovery of the self-healing techniques I now use on myself and my clients. Traveling in shows at an early age, I learned how to store trauma in my body as a survival technique so that I could continually “show up” for the characters I was playing, suppressing the true pain down below the surface. Being able to shut down my emotions and trauma enabled me to survive my parents’ alcoholism, co-dependency and addictions. As I grew older, I found that I could no longer repress the emotions and I became very sick. After going from one doctor to another over the course of a few years with no results, I began searching for ways to heal through ancient technologies. I found Amy B. Scher’s work and Donna Eden’s The Eden Method, both of which transformed my life from being bed ridden to experiencing joy and vitality again. I am so thrilled to have the opportunity to work with your unique energies and help you find your balance once again!
